Mr. Noor Muhammad Zakaria

Mr. Noor Mohammad Zakaria is the Director with over 44 years of diversified Trading and Industrial experience including operations.

Mr. Zia Zakaria, Chairman

Mr. Zia Zakaria is the Director with over 31 years of diversified experience including operations and projects. He joined the group after completing his Bachelors in Science with majors in Finance & Marketing from USA and since then actively involved in the affairs of the company and the group with complete commitment & dedication.

Mr. Zainuddin Aziz, Chief Executive/Director

Mr. Zainuddin Aziz Ayoob is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with a strong and rich background in diversed industries. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami, Florida, USA, and comes from a business-oriented family with significant involvement in sectors such as sugar manufacturing, ethanol production, Medium Density Fibre Board (MDF), Insurance / Takaful, investments, and trading. With over 25 years of experience, he has developed expertise in Shariah-compliant lending, investments, commodity trading, and business operations. He currently serves as Chief Executive of First Al-Noor Modaraba.

Mr. Asad Ahmed Mohiuddin

Mr. Asad Ahmed Mohiuddin completed his Bachelors of Engineering degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Chemical Engineering in 2011. He returned back to Pakistan and has dedicated his time on material sciences with the Al-Noor MDF Board Division with a special focus on process optimization. This has included but not limited to reduction of raw material consumption along with production and quality enhancements to cater to the ever changing landscape of the Pakistani market.

Mr. Tausif Ilyas (Independent)

Mr. Tausif Ilyas is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is also qualified from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Pakistan. Mr. Tausif Ilyas possess over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. Worked with A.F Ferguson & Co. (PWC), ABV Rock Group(KSA), Siza Services, National Clearing Company, Tibah Airports Development Company (KSA) and partner Frants & Company Chartered Accountants. Presently, he is associated with Emergyinc as consultant. Mr. Ilyas is also the visiting Faculty at Institute of Business Administration (IBA).

Barrister Naheed Shiraz Merchant (Independent)

Barrister Merchant has more than 12 years of progressive Legal Affairs with different organizations. Currently, she is attached with institute of Business Administration as Head of Legal Affairs and Secretary. Earlier she was attached with Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited, Takaful Pakistan Limited, Bank Islami Pakistan Limited, Meezan Bank Limited and law firm M/s Ghulam Ali & Company.

Mr. Kauser Ali Fecto (Independent)

Mr. Kauser Ali Fecto is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He possess over 25 years of varied experience. Currently he is the CEO of the accountancy firm, Kauser & Co, member of The Leading Edge Alliance (Leading Accounting Network of USA) since 2001. He is also attached to his family business Director Marketing and Finance. The business concern engaged in processing, packaging and export of Dates and allied products from Pakistan.
